What is the difference between the model number suffixed with C and without C of your pump controller?

The controller without C is the regular pump controller, the controller with C is program controller, and the program pump controller has additional power to start automatically in a certain interval time when there is water shortage.

Can I stick the serial number or laser print the production date on the product? What is the minimum order quantity?

The serial number or laser marking can be put on the product, but we have minimum order quantity requirement and require the purchase quantity is more than 1,000pcs.

Can we customize mold for the water pump switch for ourselves? How much does it cost?

We have a professional technical team, we can help you design product, the mold costs are borne by you, if your cumulative purchase quantity of water pump switches reaches a certain standard, the previous mold costs can be refunded. For specific details, you can contact our colleagues.

What is the factory setting of your pump controller?

The factory setting of our regular water pump controller is 1.5bar, and the flow rate is set to 50L/H. If the working pressure of the water pump is lower than 1.5bar, the water pump motor will be automatically started. When the flow rate is higher than 50L/H, the water pump will also automatically start to reach the flow rate and thus achieve dual pressure &flow control.
