Product Advantages
The fully intelligent variable direct drive aerator is a high-tech product with multi design patents and integrated multifunction. It adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor, with energy-efficient, with stronger reliability due to the allowed big overcurrent and no reduction gearbox. It adopts non-inductive vector variable control mode, which can realize variable frequency speed adjustment. The soft-starter function can reduce the damage to the fry when starting and the impact to the fixed equipment (rope, fixed frame) of aerator. Wide working voltage range can fit the power grid's voltage with wide range; also can work regularly when the power grid is in large fluctuation. Support the function of automatic identification impeller's diversion when power is on, and can switch the power grid phase sequence randomly. When working in high temperature (the environment temperature is high), the electrical machinery can slow down the speed to operate automatically without stopping, which avoid the risk that electrical machinery is burnt due to over-temperature and with strong safety.
